Learn What’s in a Name at History Presentation in Wadsworth

The Village of Wadsworth is hosting a lecture presented by staff from the Lake County Forest Preserve District’s Discovery Museum.  The presentation is entitled What’s in a Name?

The lecture will take place tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 3, at 7 p.m. at the Wadsworth Village Hall.

According to LCFP Discovery Museum: “Lake County’s rich tapestry of history is woven into the very fibers of its place names.  With over 500 place names associated with the County’s communities, this presentation delves into the origins of names in terms of the individuals and events that influenced them.”

The lecture will take place tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 3, at 7 p.m.
