Wadsworth Christmas Trees to be Set Aflame during Village Bonfire

The Village of Wadsworth is planning to have its yearly bonfire for residents to dispose of their real Christmas Trees.

The event takes place Jan. 14 at 5:30 p.m. at the Wadsworth Village Hall.

Sledding is being encouraged for the kids, if snow is still available.

Trees may be dropped off or the village can pick it up. To drop them off, bring your tree to the Village Hall between Dec. 26Jan. 11. Look for the “Tree Drop” sign near the parking lot.
If you prefer the village to pick it up, send an email to Administrator Moses Amidei at mamidei@villageofwadsworth.org or call 847.336.7771.
The pickup period is from Jan. 3 to 11.

Please remove all ornaments and lights from your trees before your haul them to the site, or they are picked up. Artificial trees are not accepted.
