The Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (KACVB) has selected the winners of its 2016 Picture Your Kenosha Photo Contest. Taking first place for her photo of a Kenosha Kingfish game at Simmons Field is Katie McAuliffe of Kenosha. Andrew Meier of Kenosha took the second place photo of a Kenosha Electric Streetcar. The third place photo is of Kenosha HarborMarket, taken by Michelle Eckert of Burlington.

The photo contest continues in 2017. Each photo submitted has the chance to be used on KACVB’s website, in the Kenosha Area Visitors Guide and other marketing, to promote the Kenosha Area as a fun and exciting place for out-of-town visitors. Photos are judged based on content and quality. The KACVB is looking for photos that represent all four seasons in Kenosha County, such as photos of festivals and events, recreational activities, landmarks, nature, and attractions.
Photos may be submitted online at VisitKenosha.com. Another option is to submit print photos or a photo CD with an entry form.
