Waukegan Man Arrested in Highland Park for Allegedly Burglarizing Vehicles

Highland Park Police arrested a Waukegan man for allegedly burglarizing several vehicles, after incidents of car burglaries took place in the overnight hours of Jan. 18 and Jan. 19.

Police said the suspect, Paulo A. Aragon, 20, of the 1200 block of Brookside Avenue, Waukegan was taken into custody Feb. 7 at 4:49 p.m. and charged with burglarized the automobiles. At the time of his arrest, he was driving a car that had been reported stolen. He was charged with being in possession of a stolen auto.

The owner of the vehicle, a 2013 Honda Pilot, reported it stolen to the Highland Park Police Department on Jan. 19.
