SPYRL™, Chicago’s newest Gyrotonic® studio recently opened in downtown Highland Park and the public is invited to a special open house Feb. 25.

The light-filled studio will offer the cutting edge Gyrotonic Pulley Tower to mobilize the spine, relieve back pain, strengthen the core and increase flexibility. You will meet Amy Pena, director of SPYRL Chicago Studio and certified trainer who has worked with a number of elite athletes and celebrities.
